We’re proud to say that 2023 has been defined by remarkable achievements for inspHire. As we bid farewell to the year, we thought we’d take the time to reflect on our progress as we continue our journey to empower rental businesses across the country.  

Over the last 12 months, we continued our mission to bring efficiency, flexibility and innovation to every corner of the industry. Through our introduction of new products, active participation at key events and relentless pursuit of increased excellence, we’ve been able to achieve just that. 

In 2023, we’ve remained committed to pushing the boundaries of rental software technology. Noteworthy integrations, such as with WorldPay and What3words were introduced to elevate customer payment processes and enhance location precision. These advancements aren't just about us hitting milestones; they're about providing practical solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. 

Our flagship product, OnRent, has seen significant advancements with features like quick click-to-basket ordering, back-to-back purchase orders, multi-depot capabilities and improved product availability tracking. Simultaneously, Current RMS has undergone crucial upgrades, including a move to a more modern version of Ruby on Rails, showcasing our ongoing commitment to improvement and solidifying our position as a market leader within the industry. 

Whilst achieving growth targets is important to us, what matters more is how this growth translates into better service for our customers. Our revenue milestones mean that we can invest further in research and development, ensuring that our clients receive cutting-edge technological advancements in rental software whilst our team is able to expand and become more adept.  

The team gained 22 talented individuals in 2023. From New Business Development Managers to Software Engineers, the new hires bring diverse skills that will undoubtedly contribute to the company's future success.
